一個人的休閒生活受許多因素所影響，本文試圖以中國文化、健康教育與人生各階段中，多教人可能發生的一些生活事件，加以探討休閒生活。爲建立正確的休閒價值觀，應加強學校之体間教育。

One's leisure life is affected by various factors. Based on the stand points of chinese culture and health education, life events which may occurred at different stages of life course are those examples and discussed in this article. In order to build up a life having leisure, it was suggested that leisure education should be enhanced in schools.
