休閒參與體驗對於休閒參與者個人或休閒服務提供者都是非常重要的，本文旨在透過文獻探討與演繹方法，將休閒參與體畸形成的來源與過程加以分析。刺激，挑戰，和能力表現水準是直接影響休閒參與體驗形成的重要因素；而參與頻率，時間，理解程度，以及互惠交往對於休閒參與體驗之形成也有明顯的影響。透過休閒參與體驗的分析，我們可以了解如何塑造良好的休閒參與體驗，避免不愉快的體驗，對於促進個人休閒生活品質與休閒服務品質均有深遠的含意與影響。

The experience in leisure pursuits is very important for leisure participants as well as leisure service providers. In terms of literature review and deductive process, this article tried to analyze the formation of experience participants have in a certain participation. Perceived stimuli, challenges and competence are the key variables directly influencing the formation of experience, while participation frequency, physical and mental conditions,and reciprocity exchanges among participants have indirect effects upon leisure experience. The sources and measurement of perceived stimuli, challenges, and competence were discussed. The classification and formation process of experience in leisure pursuits were analyzed. Some implications and suggestions were made for the future studies about personal leisure life management and leisure service management.
