中文摘要

本文旨在針對消費者對休閒渡假中心所提供之硬體設施、休閒設施、軟體服務、地理位置、景觀與氣氛、價格等項目進行需求及滿意程度之問卷調查,以瞭解消費者需求之所在,並供業者研擬因應策略。結果發現消費者前往休閒渡假中心對硬體設施的需求程度最高,並對休閒渡假中心提供的休閒設施與軟體服務最感不滿意。顯然休閒渡假中心業者需致力改善休閒設施與加強軟體服務,以提高消費者的滿意程度。消費者對各項變數之需求程度大於整體平均需求程度之變項計有:住宿的設備、餐飲的設備、停車場、游泳池、卡拉OK、KTV、訂房服務、櫃檯服務、客房服務、餐飲服務、信用卡相容性、抱怨處理、渡假中心與火車站、飛機場間定時巴士往返接送及設有24小時旅客服務中心等十四項。

英文摘要

This paper intends to examine through questionnaire several items such as hardware facility, recreational facility, software service, physical location, view and atmosphere, and price offered by the leisure-resort centers. Then we try to understand the consumer relish, their demand and the degree of their satisfaction. It is hoped that the probed outcomes can be utilized to help spot the needs of consumers so that the operator can formulate a corresponding strategy. As can be learned from the results, consumers who visit leisure-resort centers reveal their greatest degree of demand in the regard of its hardware facility and they are most dissatisfied with the recreational facility, and the software service offered by the leisure resort centers. Obviously, the leisure-resort centers needs to improve their recreation facilities and to strengthen the software service of as to meet the needs of the consumers, There are items of variables which require greater degree of change than those items which only need average degree of change by consumers: accommodation facility, catering facility parking lot, swimming pool, Karaoke, KTV, reservation service, counter service, room service , meal and food service, credit compatibility, complaint handling service, shuttle bus in resort centers and railway stations and airports. and 24-hour travel service center.
