森林環境吸引大量遊客進入，造成之森林火災、土壤沖蝕、流失、干擾動植物、污染空氣及水源、產生噪音，以及遊客破壞行爲等，在在引起外界重視及討論。本研究擬利用既有的研究成果及理論，經由現場調查等實證研究，探討森林進樂資源經營管理成效，遊客旅遊行爲，以及道憩衝擊成因、類別、影響及彼此相關性。探討森林進樂資源與遊客衝擊經營，俾資建立一套森林進樂資源經營策略，以供森林遊樂區、國家牧園及風景特定區，經營管理時之參考。

Many visitors are attracted by forest, subsequently fire, soil erosion and loss, interfere of wildlife,pollution of air and water, noise and visitor's depreciative behaviors occur and arouse the attention and discussion from other fields. In this study, the effects of the management of forest recreation resources, the tourism behaviors of visitors and the causes, kinds,influences and interrelationships of tourism impacts will be reviewed by utilizing the existing results and theories and by practical study such as in-site investigation. The management of forest recreation resources and visitor impacts will be explored to establish the management of forest recreation resources. These strategies can be useful to the management of forest recreation areas, national parks and scenic areas.
