本文之主要目的乃由使用者的觀點探討鄰里公園滿意度之各項影響因素。由文獻回顧可知影響滿意度之因素包括公園使用者之特性與動機、公園之環境特性。因此本研究選擇台北市五個鄰里公園進行實證研究。研究結果發現整體滿意度因公園使用者之年齡、職業、教育程度、使用頻度、使用時段之不同而有差異。鄰里公園的整體滿意度受公園的視覺美感程度影響最大，其他依次爲休憩性設施、公園的環境衛生情形，且在不同的使用動機下，影響整體滿意度之環境因子強度各不相同。同時性別、年齡、職業、教育程度、家庭平均所得、居住特性、使用頻度、使用時段與鄰里公園使用動機亦具有相關性。

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting satisfaction level of neighborhood park. By reviewing previous studies, these factors include personalities and motivations of park users, and characteristic of parks. Five neighborhood parks are selected from Taipei city for empirical study. The result shows that age, occupation, education, frequency of utilization and time of use are related to user's satisfaction of neighborhood park. The most prevailing factor related to satisfaction level is "wade beauty of the park." The environment factors which affect the satisfaction level of the park are different for different motivation user groups. Sex, age, occupation, education, income, resident characteristic, frequency of utilization, and time of use have associated with users' motivation.
