本研究以臺灣前500大服務業爲研究對象,進行郵寄問卷調查俾以瞭解國內企業對獎勵旅遊之需求。本研究回收有效問卷共220份,研究結果發現:(1)獎勵旅遊辦理對象以一般員工、業務員、經銷商爲主。辦理獎勵旅遊的部門以員工福利委員會爲最多。企業獲得旅遊資訊主要以旅行社廣告宣傳單爲最多。辦理獎勵旅遊的月份以七、八、九三個月居多,旅遊地點則以東南亞爲最多。(2)是否辦理獎勵旅遊與員工人數、業務員比率、資本額、營業收入有顯著相關。(3)獎勵旅遊對象與行業別、員工人數、營業收入、旅遊次數、補助金額有顯著相關。(4)業務員比率較高與資本額較低之企業傾向於辦理獎勵旅遊。

英文摘要

This study employed the largest 500 companies in the service industry of Taiwan as its object of study. On the other hand, questionnaires were also sent out for interviewing so as to appreciate the demanded for incentive travel by domestic corporations. As a whole, this study had retrieved 220 copies of valid questionnaires, and it was found from the results that: (1) the objects of incentive travel were primarily of employees, salesmen, and distributors, and in most of the corporations,it was generally the employee welfare committee that took charge of incentive travel, while corporations usually found their sources of travel information from agencies' promotional brochures. Furthermore, it was the months of July, August, and September in a year that such incentive travel was held the most, as for location of tour, South-east Asian countries were most popular (2) As for whether corporation would held incentive travel, it was significantly linked to the number of employees, ratio of salesmen, amount of assets, and turnover of the sales (3) The object of incentive travel had also much to do with different types of enterprises, number of employees, turnover of sales, frequency of travel, and subsidies for the travel, (4) Corporations with high ratio of salesmen and lower amount of assets were more inclined to sponsor such incentive travel.
