探索教育有別於傳統的正規認知教育課程,透過戶外活動培養個人成長與團體動力、團隊效能的學習。團體氣氛是活動成功的要素之一,良好的團體氣氛有助於休閒效益。本研究目的在探討探索活動的團體氣氛與休閒效益之間的關係,並以參加救國團探索教育學校舉辦的活動人員爲研究對象進行問卷調查。結果發現,探索活動參與者所感受到的受的團體氣氛可分爲「喜歡親切」、「愉快舒暢」、「和諧活潑」、「安心有趣」「悠閒自在」五種;探索活動參與者所認知的休閒效益,主要包括「社交效益」、「心理效益」、「教育效益」、「生理效益」四類。參與者的個人特性以及參與特性不同,其所感受到的團體氣氛有差異;而探索活動整體團體氣氛和休閒效益之間呈正相關。

英文摘要

The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between group climate and leisure benefits in the activity of project adventure. Questionnaires which addressed respondents' backgrounds, group climate, and leisure benefits were designed to collect data from the respondents who participated in different skill levels of project adventure activities. The results showed that the respondents perceived five major dimensions of group climate: "joyful and friendly", "delight and comfortable", "harmonious and lively", "safe and interesting", and "leisurely and free"; and four types of the leisure benefits were identified: "social benefit", "psychological benefit", "educational benefit", and "physical benefit". Respondents with different backgrounds and participating behaviors felt a diverse group climate. In addition, there were positive relationships between group climate and leisure benefits.
