教育部先後推動「攜手計畫—課程扶助」方案和「國民小學及國民中學補救教學方案」,協助弱勢低成就學生學習,期能實現教育機會均等、帶好每一位學生的教育政策。而為落實補救教學方案成效,教育部制定績優楷模評選實施計畫,選拔楷模學校或教學團隊與學生楷模,以促進各直轄市與各縣市公立中小學參與補救教學方案,擇優予以楷模獎勵。研究者長期參與評選,希望透過分析獲頒教育部全國補救教學績優學校或教學團隊的七所小學,其致力於補救教學之積極作為,以供他校楷模學習,並於最後提出可持續改進之途徑。

英文摘要

The Ministry of Education has push “After School Alternative Program, ASAP” and “Elementary and Junior High School Remedial Instruction Program to help disadvantaged low-achieving students to learn, to achieve education policy of equal opportunities for education and no child left behind. The Ministry of Education to implement remedial instruction programs set a model selection of implementation plan for excellent schools, teachers’ teaching teams, and merit students. The plan is to promote various municipalities and counties public schools participating in remedial instruction programs and to be a model for remedial teaching program incentives. The researcher involved in the selection many years. The aim of this article is to analyze actively performances of seven excellent elementary schools or teaching teams, which won the national model rewards for remedial instruction programs from Ministry of Education. The excellent schools could be other schools’ learning models. There are some conclusions and suggestions proposed to continue improvement.
