本研究目的在探討認眞性休閒、遊憩專門化與場所依戀三者之間的因果關係,並檢視遊憩專門化的中介效果。先前的研究鮮少探討此三者之間的關係,本研究開創性地從個人的特質出發,在遊憩參與者、遊憩活動與遊憩場所的之間做一個緊密的連結。本研究結果顯示:認眞性休閒特質愈明顯之遊憩者,其對場所依戀的程度愈高,且主要的貢獻是來自情感的認同。認眞性休閒特質愈明顯者,對於活動之持續性涉入的程度較高,故其遊憩專門化的程度愈高。遊憩專門化在認眞性休閒與場所認同間扮演著中介的角色,即認眞性休閒透過遊憩專門化而對場所認同產生影響。本研究結果可做爲户外遊憩場所的管理部門制定策略之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is not only to investigate the causal relationships among serious leisure, recreation specialization and place attachment, but also to test the mediating effect of recreation specialization. This paper tries to construct a close tie among recreationists, recreational activities, and recreational settings through personal characteristics. The result shows that a recreationist having greater serious leisure traits leads to a higher level of place attachment coming from affective identity. A recreationist having greater serious leisure traits also leads to a higher level of recreation specialization due to higher level involvement of recreational activities. Recreation specialization is a mediator between serious leisure and place identity. This indicates that a recreationist having greater serious leisure traits leads to a higher level of place identity by way of recreation specialization. The results are suggested to be useful references for the managerial sector when setting up their managerial strategies.
