本文分析具有相對市場優勢地位的觀光休閒遊憩業者採取不同的服務費訂價策略對遊憩勞務價格,消費者剩餘,以及社會福利之影響效果。由於目前業者對消費者收取服務費時都是採取相同比例的一致性服務費,我們以理論模型説明業者採取競爭性與一致性的服務費訂價在遊憩勞務價格競爭與收益管理上有何意涵。本文的研究結果顯示,業者一致性的服務費訂價方式,不利於消費者剩餘與社會福利。換言之,一致性的服務費訂價具有反競爭效果。因此,本文認爲公平會有必要制定服務費收取行爲指導規範,以維護消費者利益並促進經濟效率。

英文摘要

In this paper, we investigate how firms in the tourism and recreation industry determine their recreational service prices and service charges through a yield management perspective. Since the firms require customers to pay the same service charge in terms of a fixed ratio of recreational service price, we use a theoretical model to analyze the implications of concerted service charge within the firms. Our result showed that the concerted service charge within the firms is disadvantage to consumer surplus and social welfare. In other words, the anticompetitive effect of concerted service charge is highlighted.
