高等教育的評鑑也從輸入轉變為學習成果輸出的評鑑模式,開始注重「以學習者為本位」,重視「學習成果」與「核心能力」的評量;因應時代環境的改變,從高等教育典範轉移的觀點思維,學習成果導向教育,對學習者及教育者同等重要。本文主要介紹成果導向教育的重要性、概念及特質。
The focus of higher education assessment has shifted from input to outcome. More emphasis is placed on making higher education “learner-oriented,” and higher education assessment is now focused on “outcome” and “core competencies.” Changing times and paradigm shift in higher education have made outcome-based education important to learners and educators alike. This study aims to explore the concept, characteristics, and importance of outcome-based education.
