空軍為謀求武器系統的妥善率及滿足部隊日常生活必需品,必須取決於後勤補給人員的素質,而相當於民間物流的後勤補給人員就扮演舉足輕重的角色,因此如何發展出該類的人員的職能模式,實為一相當重要的課題。
本研究首先透過文獻整理及專家訪談,歸納發展出空軍後勤補給人員職能量表,並經由調查研究蒐集與分析資料,將空軍後勤補給人員之職能區分為「自我管理」、「問題解決能力」、「教育訓練與溝通」、「物料管理技能」及「補給專業知識」等五個構面。本研究為一自陳式量表,為避免產生共同方法變異的缺失,乃採用社會期許量表降低社會期許的偏誤。
研究結果顯示,各職能構面與工作績效間均有顯著正相關。此外,經由迴歸分析結果顯示,當所有職能構面納入同一個迴歸模式時,問題解決能力與物料管理技能構面對績效的影響較不顯著,而自我管理、教育訓練與溝通、補給專業知識等三個構面對工作績效則有顯著的正向影響。

英文摘要

In the air force a well-maintained weapon system and the satisfaction on the demands of daily troop necessity rely on the quality of logistic personnel. Because logistic personnel play an important role in logistic management, the development of a competency model for them becomes a critical issue.
This study develops a questionnaire of competencies for logistic personnel in the air force through the literature reviews and expert interviews at the first stage. At the second stage we conduct a survey to collect data and do the data analysis. The study identifies five competencies which an air force logistic personnel. They are (1) self-management, (2) problem solving, (3) education, training, and communicating, (4) skills of material management, and (5) professional knowledge in supplies, respectively. To eliminate the problem of common method variance in the self-reported survey, this study also includes items of Marlowe-Crowne Social Desirability Scale as a control variable.
The results indicate that all the five competencies are significantly and positively correlated with individual’s performance. The competencies of self-management, education, training, and communicating, and professional knowledge in supplies explain a significant variance on individual’s performance.
