乳房攝影是現今唯一被證實對早期乳癌篩檢有用的檢查。隨著醫學儀器進步標的設計方式』，得到『最佳化暴露參數』。並希望這個手動選取的最佳化暴露參數，可以得到較佳的影像品質及較低的平均乳腺劑量，以作為放射師臨床應用上的參考。
英文摘要
Mammography is nowadays the only proven useful tool for early breast cancer detection. As evolution of medical equipment, automatic exposure control system becomes an essential technique. The purpose of this study is to find the optimal exposure parameters manually in digital screening mammography using standard breast phantom and Taguchi design 18 targets design, and determine whether the optimal exposure parameters can improve the image quality and reduce mean glandular dose. The results may help radiological technologists in clinical practice.
