學術研究的推展是學科領域知識體系之基礎，亦是學科領域拓展之基石。因此，本研究以運動管理學領域為範疇，其目的在於瞭解臺灣運動管理學領域之研究現況，並探析臺灣運動管理學學術研究之發展趨勢。在研究方法上採文獻分析法與內容分析法，蒐集2001-2011年國科會體育學門體育與行政管理專題研究計畫、運動管理學領域之期刊論文及碩博士論文，共936筆資料進行分析。結果發現，國內運管理學學科領域之研究主題高度集中、共同研究著作量增加、缺乏整合研究計畫。建議未來國內運動管理學的發展途徑：1.開拓研究議題；2.建立研究團隊；3.重視研究倫理；4.拓展領域範疇；5.整合理論與實務；6.確認臺灣運動管理學領域之國際定位。

The promotion of academic research is the foundation of the disciplines of knowledge and also is the base of the subject areas to expand. Therefore, the purposes of this study aimed at understanding the current status of sport management and analyzing the development trend of the sport management academic research in Taiwan. Literature review and content analysis were adopted to collect sport management research projects in physical education disciplines of the National Science Council and papers related to sport management from 2001 to 2011. A total of 936 samples were collected. It was found that the research topics of sport management was highly concentrated; co-authors’ papers increased; and lacked for integration of research project. In terms of future study, the study proposes some approaches to develop sport management field: to develop the research topics; to establish research teams; to emphasize on research ethics; to expand sport management field; to integrate theory and practice; to identify the Taiwan’s sport management position in the international sport management affairs.
