教育的成敗攸關國家未來的發展,因之世界各國無不強調教育改革的重要,以滿足複雜多變的新時代社會之需要。課程標準做為國家教育推動的政策文本,其修訂代表著每一時期國家對教育的期待與思維,同時,也是選擇教材和實施教學的準繩,引導著教育實踐的方向,其影響既深且鉅,值得吾人重視。本研究透過對課程標準修訂以及教育部《國際教育白皮書》等政策性文本的分析探討,嘗試由政治及經濟之整體社會脈絡出發,了解其在臺灣課程發展歷程之意義! 本研究發現,臺灣課程標準修訂以及教育部《國際教育白皮書》之頒訂,如從政治與經濟之社會脈絡分析,雖可發現與其中之知識與權力互動之影響關係,但借用Doll之幽靈隱喻進行深入探究,我們赫然發現與臺灣社會大眾長期以來的生存危機集體意識關係密切。1952至1975年版課程標準之內涵其實隱藏著臺灣社會集體潛意識的生存危機幽靈;主導著1993年課程標準修訂的則是國家認同危機與經濟競爭危機的幽靈混雜;1998年《九年一貫課程綱要》則代表著全球競爭危機幽靈下的教育改革;至於教育部《國際教育白皮書》其實是反映了全球化趨勢下的國家競爭力幽靈的影像!最後,本研究強調幽靈引導著我們面向未來,我們的任務是去確認這些幽靈,去「看見、定位、確認」祂們,我們必須掌握幽靈,而不是讓我們被幽靈所掌握!

英文摘要

The success or failure of education relevant to the future development of the country, consequent countries in the world are all stressed the importance of education reform in order to meet the complex needs of the new era of society. National curriculum standards as a political text to promote education, the amendment on behalf of the state of education in each period looking and thinking, but also the choice and implementation of teaching materials yardstick to guide the direction of educational practice, its impact is deep and huge, worthy making attention. This study analyzes the curriculum standard revision explore and try starting from the political and economic context of the whole society, to understand its significance in the history of Taiwan course! The study found that the revised curriculum standards in Taiwan, from the political and social context of the economic analysis, although knowledge can be found in the power and influence of interactions and relationships which are closelyrelated, but the specter of a metaphor borrowed Doll-depth inquiry, we found out that the Taiwan public long-term existential crisis closely since the collective consciousness.
