本研究旨在探討國民中學兼任行政教師之行政專業成長,以立意取樣選取彰化縣內三所公立國民中學的三位主任及三位組長進行訪談。研究結果顯示,行政工作的內涵多元;行政專業成長是有必要的;多途徑的行政專業成長;目前在進行的行政專業成長以節省時間為導向的成長;專業成長能提升自己的能力及學校效能;部分因素阻礙行政專業成長的發展。基於以上研究結論,本研究針對主管教育行政機關、學校單位及後續研究者提出相關建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of the study is to explore the junior high school administrative teachers' professional growth on administration. This study employed interview. Data were collected from three directors and three chiefs with interview. The findings show as follows: multiple facets of administrative work, necessity for administrative professional growth, diverse ways to administrative professional growth, available time-saving oriented administrative professional growth, professional growth promoting teachers' abilities and school efficacy, some factors to retarding professional growth. According to the findings, some suggestions were provided to educational authority, school principals and teachers, and future researchers.
