本研究採用文獻分析法,針對教師領導的基本概念、發展歷程及相關研究進行分析,並深入探討臺灣幼兒園執行教師領導之困境與展望,以利未來相關研究參考之。 依據文獻結果發現,臺灣幼兒園教師領導發展之困境與前景可從學術研究(定義、研究範圍、研究方法)與幼兒園實施教師領導的現況(社會觀感、組織架構、教師角色)等層面加以探討。而臺灣幼兒園園長領導風格以及行政支持與否,將是推動幼兒園教師領導的關鍵因素,且幼兒園強調溝通與關懷、採參與式領導、重視課程與教學以及鼓勵教師專業發展等組織氛圍,都是奠定臺灣幼兒園發展教師領導之基。 因此,本研究提出的建議為:(一)加強教師領導相關研習課程;(二)園長必須具有領導職權下放的決心;(三)建立幼兒園教師走出班級王國的自信心。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difficulties and prospects of the preschool teacher leadership in Taiwan. And the method of literature review was used to analyze the basic concept, development process, and the research of teacher leadership. Some suggestions are made for the interested researchers. The finding of the study indicates the difficulties and prospects of the preschool teacher leadership in Taiwan from academic research(definitions, scope, methodology) and the current status of preschool(social impression, organizational structure, teachers' role). Director's leadership style and administrative support job are beneficial factors of promoting teacher leadership at preschools. Besides, emphasizing on communication and concern, using participative leadership, attaching importance to the curriculums and instructions, and encouraging the professional development of teachers are to lay the foundations of the preschool teacher leadership in Taiwan. Therefore, below are the proposals made by this study to develop preschool teacher leadership: 1. To hold more training courses about teacher leadership; 2. The director should have the determination of decentralization; 3. To build preschool teachers' confidence in leading outside of classroom.
