一、研究目的
隨著藥物濫用治療模式的多元化發展,藥物濫用的治療已被如同慢性精神疾病治療一樣,需要適當的處遇及照顧過程才得以康復,然而當社會賦予毒癮者家屬照顧責任時,若未提供其足夠的訓練及準備,家屬對於照顧者角色將是充滿矛盾,照顧負荷也將隨之增加。此外,華人社會家庭裡所重視的「倫理」,往往支撐著毒癮者戒毒的決心,因此本研究希望透過團體的實施,協助家屬減輕身心方面的負荷程度,更希望透過毒癮者的參與,使其能在面臨家庭失功能情況下,增強並鞏固自己的家庭倫理信念和負責任的行為,保持與家人的良好家庭互動關係並進行心靈對話,維持家庭系統之平衡。
二、研究方法
針對參與六次團體課程之家屬及收容人各6名,所填寫之三份評估量表,採量化及質性並重方式進行資料的分析。運用平均數、標準差及百分比研究法進行量化資料評量,並以現象學資料分析法進行質性評量。
三、研究結果
在經過六次團體單元課程後,成員在整體及各因子照顧者負荷量分數上有呈現下降趨勢,且各因子平均分數落差在5分以上者有三個因子,分別為烙印(平均數下降9分)、愧疚(平均數下降5.5分)及照顧者緊張(平均數下降5.33分)。此外就滿意度而言,家屬與收容人對參加完家庭支持教育團體後之感受及滿意度是一致的,收容人希望獲得家屬關懷,而家屬也願意付出時間及心力,盡己所能幫助毒癮者戒毒。
整體而言不管是藥癮者本身亦或其家屬,雙方都在團體學習後獲得某些層面的效益,尤其在「其他家屬成員身上」及「戒治所提供參與團體之機會」兩個面向上,此外家屬對這次團體活動所提供之軟硬體內容感到相當滿意,認為能增進毒品相關知識、成員彼此間能互相協助與支持、並對團體場地、時間及內容感到相當肯定。

Purpose
With drug abuse treatment modalities diversified development, drug abuse treatment has been the same as the treatment of chronic mental illness, requiring proper treatment and care process to recover, however, when the society asks the families to take responsibility to take care of drug addicts without provided adequate training and preparation, the role of family care will be full of contradictions, and caregiver burden will also increase. In addition, the Chinese society values by the family "ethics", often supporting the determination of drug addicts, so this study tries to help families reduce the burden degree of physical and mental aspects through the operating of the group, but also hopes that the involvement of drug addicts under the situation of family dysfunction can strengthen and consolidate the family ethics belief and responsible behavior maintain the fine family interaction for spiritual dialogue to keep the balance of the family system.
Method
Asked to filling the three assessment scales, 6 families and 6 inmates of participators of the six-group lessons are supposed to the data analysis of both quantitative and qualitative approach . Use mean, standard deviation and percentage of research method to quantify the amount of data assessment and phenomenological method for qualitative data analysis assessment.
Result
After members finish the six group unit courses, the scores of the caregiver burdens on the various factors and the entirety shows a downward trend. Besides, there are 3 factors whose average scores are 5 or more. They are the mark (average decrease of 9 points), guilt (average decrease of 5.5 points) and caregiver stress (mean decrease 5.33 points). And take satisfaction for example, the feeling and satisfaction between the families and the inmates can match up after finishing the family supporting educational group. The inmates want to get care from their families, and their families are willing to devote their time and effort to helping their detoxification.
Overall, regardless of drug users or their families, both after group learning obtain a kind of benefits, especially in the 2 factors of "other family members" and "Drug Abuser Treatment Center provides opportunities for participating groups". In addition, families were quite satisfied with the content of the software and hardware we provided. They are sure the lesions are good for the drug-related knowledge and the help and support among members, and they also praise the site, time and content of the group.
