本研究是以Frankl 的意志的自由、求意義的意志、生命的意義三個信念基礎, 編製教師生命意義感量表。本量表的發展共經四步驟: 1.依據Frankl 的三個主要概念,並參考相關量表編製十六題。2.進行專家效度:經十位專攻生命教育的學者與專家,進行專家效度後,依其等意見,刪除一題。剩下的十五題編成正式量表。3.進行驗證性因素分析(CFA):以494 位教師接受調查,回收後進行CFA。結果發現初始模式之平均變異萃取量欠佳。因此,進行模式修正,在刪二題後,修正模式適配檢驗良好、項目品質檢驗佳、組合信度都高、三個潛在變項具有良好區辨力,且測量恆等性檢驗結果顯示修正模式具有良好的穩定度,可適用於不同的群組。4.進行複核效度:再調查259 位教師,作複核效度,結果也顯示模式可適用於不同的樣本。

英文摘要

This study developed Teachers' Sense of Life Meaning Scale(TSLMS) based on theory of Frankl's logotherapy. The development of TSLMS is totally through four steps: First, this study compiled 16 items based on three key concepts of logotherapy, such as freedom of will, will to meaning and meaning of life. Second, these 16 items were revised by 10 scholars and experts specializing in life education. According to their opinions, one item was deleted, and the left 15 items compose the formal scale. Third, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) was adapted to analyze the data responded from 494 samples. In CFA, Results showed that second-order factors model is fit by the test of SEM, and indicated that this model is group-invariant by the test of measurement invariance. Finally, this study reinvestigated 259 samples, and used the test of cross-validation. The result exhibited that second-order factors model could be applied to different samples.
