為了解臺灣後期中等學校入學制度改革推動成效,本研究藉由問卷調查及分析,探討高中職教職員、國中教職員、家長及學生對高中職多元入學的滿意度,並分析比較相互間的差異。經抽樣調查全國13,241個受試者,統計後發現,各社群的受試者對多元入學的滿意度均達中上程度,而且偏遠地區的學生滿意度顯著高於非偏遠地區的學生。本研究再將多元入學分成多元入學制度設計、國中基測規劃實施、擴大免試制度設計及多元入學實施成效等四個向度進行分析,結果發現,在「多元入學制度設計」及「國中基測規劃實施」部分,高中職及國中教職員的滿意度均高。在「擴大免試制度設計」部分,偏遠地區各社群的受試者的滿意度,顯著高於非偏遠地區的受試者。在「多元入學實施成效」部分,社群及區域類別之主要效果均達顯著水準,且偏遠地區學生高於高中職教職員、國中教職員及家長。

英文摘要

To evaluate the efficacy of the senior high school admission system adjustments, this study was to ascertain the different attitude toward multi-track school admission system, among faculty in high schools, parents and students, and to compare the differences among them. With 13, 421 random samples, it was found by statistics that different populations of subjects expressed a medium-high degree of satisfaction with multi-track school admission system. Moreover, students from rural areas showed higher degree of satisfaction than the ones who are from non-rural areas in a significant level. This study went on to analyze this issue from four perspectives, which are the institution design of multi-track school admission, the planning and practice of the Basic Academic Competence Exam for Junior High School Students, enlargement of the open admission program and the efficacy of multi-track school admission system. For the first two perspectives, it was found that faculty from high schools showed higher degree of satisfaction. In term of enlargement of the open admission program, the populations who are from rural areas showed higher degree of satisfaction than nonrural areas in a significant level. To be more specific, In term of the efficacy of multi-track school admission, the students from rural areas showed higher degree than the faculty in high schools, parents who are from rural areas in a significant level.
