本研究旨在探討某諮商輔導團隊提供經歷八八風災的原住民青少年心理重建之成效。本研究之諮商輔導團隊成員包括5位領有執照的國內、外心理師、2位測驗評量專家，以及9位碩二及碩三研究生。諮商輔導模式包括班級輔導、團體諮商、支持性團體、團康活動、個別諮商、教職員與家長諮詢及青少年家屬與教職員專題演講七項。本研究採用情境焦慮量表、特質焦慮量表及創傷壓力徵狀量表做為前、後測之評量工具。實驗組甲校國中青少年與未直接經歷風災災難的對照組之乙校國中青少年，均接受上述三量表之前、後測量。統計分析顯示，甲校國中青少年在情境焦慮之前、後測得分從46.03分降至39.40分，且達p＜.05之統計顯著差異；對照組則從41.03分微升至41.53分；在特質焦慮上，實驗組從48.15分降為42.89分，且達p＜.05之統計顯著差異，至於對照組則從46.09分略升至46.32分。另在創傷壓力徵狀上，實驗組之創傷壓力徵狀分數在後測時大幅降低，從42.86分降至33.29分，且達p＜.05之統計顯著差異；而對照組前、後測得分則維持在29分，幾無變化。

This study explored the effect of relocated aboriginal adolescents’ anxiety and traumatic stress disorder symptoms after the Hurricane Morakot in 2009 by offering a school-based counseling model. The research included five professors with counseling license, two professors specializing in testing, and nine graduate students from a counseling department. The model included class guidance, group counseling, supportive group, group activities, individual counseling, staff and parent consulting, and staff and parent psycho-educational speech to help the relocated junior high school students. At the beginning and the end of the intervention, the relocated school aboriginal students (experiment group) and non-relocated school students (control group), took State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and Traumatic Stress Symptom Scale for pretest and posttest. The results indicated that the score of the State Anxiety sub-Inventory in experiment group from pretest and posttest was from 46.03 to 39.40 and obtained significantly lower scale scores ( p ＜.05); and the State Anxiety sub-Inventory score from pretest and posttest of control group was from 41.03 to 41.53. The Trait Anxiety subinventory score of experiment group was from 48.15 to 42.89 and obtained significantly lower scale scores ( p ＜.05). The score of control group in State Anxiety sub-score was from 46.09 to 46.32. The score of Traumatic Stress Symptom Scale in pretest and posttest of experiment group was from 42.86 to 33.29 and obtained significantly lower scale scores ( p ＜.05). On the other hand, the score of control group in pretest and posttest was almost the same.
