更年期婦人血崩三癥，子宮內膜的增生與雌激素的持續刺激或基因突變有關，其病因病機以腎虛為本，血瘀痰濕為標；子宮肌瘤，是增生的子宮平滑肌細胞瘀結而成，與雌激素、黃體素、泌乳激素的刺激有闕，其病因病機以陽虛陰邪內結為本，氣滯、血瘀、痰濕為標；子宮腺肌症以瘀血阻滯於胞宮為主要病理，即子宮內膜入侵子宮肌肉層所形成，其主要病因病機，以脾腎虛為本，氣滯、血瘀、痰濕、寒凝為標。血崩三癥的治療，文獻上多以化瘀散結消癥為主，作者認為此三癥當臨床以血崩為主徵時，當以益氣攝血止血為主要治則，其次肝脾腎同治，以固腎為本，調暢肝之氣機，健脾化濕，長期調理，則可防患子宮血崩。

The Xue Beng San Zheng of climacteric women included endometrial hyperplasia, myoma, and adenomyosis. Endometrial hyperplasia induction was relationship with estrogen persistent stimulation and gene mutation. The root of kidney vacuity, and the tip repletion of blood stasis and damp phlegm were main cause and pathomechanism of the endometrial hyperplasia. Myoma resulted from accumulation of uterine smooth muscle cells, which was correlated to simulation of estrogen, progesterone and prolactin. The cause and pathomechanism of myoma, the tip repletion was qi stagnation, blood stasis and damp phlegm, and whereas yang vacuity as well as the yin evil internal integration were the root. Adenomyosis was caused by endometrial invaded into the muscular layer of uterus, which the pathological character was obstructive stagnation of the uterus by blood stasis. The spleen and kidney vacuity and qi stagnation, blood stasis, damp phlegm and cold congealing were the cause and pathomechanism of adenomyosis. The therapy of Xue beng San zheng by climacteric women, the Hua yu, San jie, and Xiao zheng were the principles of treatment in review article. The thinking processs of author, the blood flooding was the character of women's San zheng in clinic which the principle of treatment should be made with boosting qi, containing blood and stanch bleeding, and then combined therapies of the liver, spleen and kidney for long regulation to secure the kidney, regulate the liver qi, and fortify the spleen and transform the damp and then may be prevent profuse uterine bleeding.
