中文摘要

教師為一「百年樹人」之職業。然,在教育實踐場域中,除了授課之餘,教師仍有許多相對繁雜之事務須親身處理,成為其身為教師之外的工作負擔與壓力。是以,本研究以論析我國與部分OECD國家教師授課及其工作負擔情形,爬梳描繪教師一職之樣貌,期待以國際比較分析的方式,借鏡國外經驗以增益國內現況。研究發現,(1)我國教師在授課時數上,與他國相較不遠,唯淨教學時數比其他國家為低;(2)我國教育環境與他國互有優缺,然生師比較低、教師薪資較優、班級學生數稍高、行政工作較多;(3)我國教師之工作職責與他國相似,但缺少在職專業培訓、教師評鑑與教師分級等專業要求。最後,本研究提出建議,期待相關單位為教師制定更明確、法治化與專業化的工作條件。

英文摘要

Teacher is respected in Taiwan. Yet, teachers are under great pressureof dealing with lot of routine job which is not about teaching. It is worseafter government tax teachers in 2012.Therefore, this research sketchedthe teachers’ life by comparing Taiwan and some OECD countries in orderto benefit teachers’ professional. And the research finds that, A, Theorganization of teachers’ working time of Taiwan is the same as others,but net teaching time is less. B, less student-teacher ratio, higher teachers’salaries, bigger class and more administrative loading in Taiwan. C, thedemands of teachers’ professional are alike, but there is lack of professionaltraining, teacher evaluation and teacher grading system in Taiwan.Finally, some suggestions are provide.
