中文摘要

本研究以《第五項修練》的學習型組織觀點,分析當前我國幼兒園在發展學習型組織中的可行途徑,以及可能面臨的困境,進而提出因應策略,作為展望臺灣營造幼兒園學習型組織之願景目標。本研究採用文獻分析法(literature review)瞭解學習型組織的定義、內涵以及相關研究,以利探討臺灣幼兒園組織、課程與教育人員等三大層面所面臨的困境,並提供具體建議,以供教育行政主管機關及未來研究人員參考。依據文獻探討,本研究提出的建議為:(一)強調以團隊為主的教師專業發展;(二)培養終身學習之信念;(三)建立幼兒園組織成員發展永續經營之理念;(四)領導者落實賦權增能的領導方式。

英文摘要

This research is applying the concepts of learning organization in“The Fifth Discipline.” The application of learning organization will helpnot only analyze feasible ways in preschool education development in ourcountry but also figure out the predicaments might be faced. In prospect,the coping strategies formulation could be the goal for constructingpreschool learning organization. This study is done by literature reviewto realize the definition, connotation and related researches in terms oflearning organization. This discusses the predicaments that preschool organization,curriculum and educators might be faced and provided concretesuggestions for official administration and future researching.According to the finding of literature review, this study proposesfour solutions below:I. Emphasis on team-orientation for teachers’ professional development;II. Cultivate the concept of teachers’ lifelong learning;III. Cultivate the concept of sustainable management for organizationmembership;IV. Implementation of empowerment in leadership.
