藝術活動向為各國文化傳承中最為重要之一環,自學校制度於我國建立以來,藝術教育亦為各級學校體系中不可或缺的架構之一,而中小學階段之藝術教育更是培育國民素養之重要時期。本文之研究目的是為探究我國中小學藝術教育政策,針對重要法令與政策內容作一整理與分析,以了解政府在中小學藝術教育政策的施政內涵與規劃情形;並從相關文獻中檢視當前我國中小學藝術教育政策發展特點,研究歸納包括:1. 中小學藝術教育實施跟隨藝術教育思潮演變;2. 中小學藝術教育政策目標與規劃逐漸明確;3. 中小學藝術教育資源補助類型日趨多元;4. 開始重視藝術教育相關行政組織運作配合等。
Art activities are one of the most important links for each country’scultural heritage. Since the establishment of school system in our country,art education has been one of the integral structures for the schoolsystem at all levels while elementary and secondary schools are importantperiods to cultivate national literacy. The study explored art educationpolicies of elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan. Moreover importantlaws and policies were analyzed to understand its administrationconnotation and planning. Four characteristics in art education policieswere proposed. First, the implementation of art education evolves followingart education development trends. Second, the objectives and planningof art education policy become gradually clear. Third, the resourcesubsidies types of art education become increasingly diverse. Forth, arteducation related administrative operations increased supports.
