本研究的主要目的為發展「大一新生學校生活適應量表」,研究者先參酌相關文獻確立量表架構,據以發展測量題項,再利用預試結果進行項目分析,正式施測對象之有效樣本為1,260位大一新生,將其隨機分為三組獨立樣本。以第一組進行探索性因素分析,了解量表的因素結構,再以第二組進行驗證性因素分析,考驗所架構量表模式之契合度,以及內在結構;而後以第三組為效度樣本,檢驗測量模式之複核效化;最後,利用全體樣本建立學校生活適應各分量表之百分等級常模。研究發現:(1)「大一新生學校生活適應量表」包含五個構面,分別為同儕關係、學習適應、自我接納、師生關係,以及時間管理等因素;(2)量表模式的適配度佳,同時具有良好的信度與效度;(3)模式具有跨樣本的穩定性。

英文摘要

This study describes a newly-developed inventory for measuring school adaptation among college freshmen. A preliminary inventory was developed based on a review of the relevant literature, and the formal inventory was established after performing items analysis. 1,260 valid responses were collected and randomly divided into 3 independent groups. The first group was used to perform exploratory factor analysis in order to investigate the factor structure; the second group was used for confirmatory factor analysis for checking the model fitness; the cross-validation of the model was conducted on the third group. Finally, its scoring norm was established. The major findings support the stability and validity of this inventory: (1) The results from the exploratory factor analysis showed the constructed scale is comprised of 5 factors, including peer relationship, learning adaptation, self acceptance, teacher-student relationship, and time management. (2) The results from the confirmatory factor analysis showed that not only the fitness of the model is good, but the constructed scale also has good reliability and validity. (3) The cross-validation results showed that the proposed model has stability.
