根據2012年台灣年度十大死因報告，癌症仍然佔首位。而根據2011年的統計癌症死亡中，不分性別，肝癌是第二常見死因，胃癌佔第六。我們報告一位64歲胃癌同時併發肝癌之病人，並討論如何去診斷與證實兩者均為原發癌，回顧文獻，並探討無論是胃癌併發肝癌或者肝癌併發胃癌之預後。

According to the official annual report on the top 10 causes of death, cancer the leading cause of death in Taiwan in 2012, and among the leading causes of cancer death in 2011, hepatocellular carcinoma was the second and gastric cancer the sixth. We report the case of a 64-year-old male who was found to have primary gastric cancer and primary hepatocellular carcinoma synchronously. With regard to the strategies for dealing with double primary cancers, previous related reports and are review the prognosis.
