本文旨在探討在快速變遷的新時代,宜有新的思維,改變舊觀念,突破現狀,亟需開發一種適合21 世紀的新教育理念,即終身學習,以順應世界潮流,翻轉學習為另一種新視野。一方面創新具有彈性的教育體制,另一方面培養創新能力的人才,期能為台灣開創美好的未來。

英文摘要

The aims of this paper focuses on a ruminated thinking and newly acquired directions for lifelong learning. The study includes four parts. First of all , it describes three forces to facilitate the development of lifelong learning movement: globalization, knowledge society and postmodern. Secondly, it analyzes the new concept of lifelong learning, concentrating on "learning how to learn." Thirdly, the paper introduces some methods for creative learning; and finally, an updated thinking and innovative direction are proposed for the practice of lifelong learning.
