有鑑於終身學習已在各國蔚為風潮,社區做為民眾生活的主要空間與活動場域,值得我們掌握社區學習組織的角色和變遷,因此,本文旨在探討處於晚期現代社會脈絡下的知識轉型,社區學習組織所面對之挑戰和發展,以及有哪些值得關注的變化。作者特別聚焦於探討日常知識做為社區學習組織的基礎,而社區學習組織運用民主社群的發展與社會行動的實踐歷程,所形成的變化與作用,並指出社區學習組織後續運作與發展的參照方針。

英文摘要

Regarding to the lifelong learning prevailing over the countries, it is critical to investigate the roles and movements of the community learning organizations. This article explores the knowledge transformation and analyzes the ordinary knowledge contributing to the movements of the community learning organizational in the late modernity society. In this paper, the author focuses on discussion of the active power of community learning organizations which adopt the local and ordinary knowledge as learning resources and sites. Meanwhile, the ordinary knowledge provides the fundamental resources and networks for the community learning organizations to establish democratic groups and support for social actions. This trend shows a potential operation and developmental direction for community learning organizations.
