本文利用電腦斷層影像組成立體模型做為模擬X-ray影像的假體,利用此三維假體建構出多角度X光影像產生的模擬工具可做模擬教學之運用,本文以顏面骨電腦斷層及心臟電腦斷層的影像建立立體模型為例論述由此立體模型建構X-ray影像之方法。模擬影像方面則使用疊加法將影像疊加模擬成X-ray影像,並利用光線投射的概念模擬X-ray穿透物體衰減的物理現象;並將其模擬影像的結果與教科書的影像對照其解剖上的結構,藉以探討模擬影像的可行性,並利用訊雜比評估兩種方法產生影像的影像品質。實驗部分利用顏面骨電腦斷層及心臟電腦斷層的影像組成的三維假體來模擬各種擺位姿勢的X-ray影像,由實驗結果顯示光線投射法比疊加法產生之影像提升約60%的訊雜比,使得影像骨組織部位更易於判讀。而本文中提供一套無游離輻射的模擬工具可以迅速產生X光影像且簡易操作,可做為放射攝影技術及輔助影像判讀的工具。

英文摘要

This paper discussed methodology of 2D X-ray imaging construction from 3D volume medical imaging data. The computer tomography (CT) images was used to construct a three-dimensional (3D) objects. A simulation tool was developed that could be generating 2D X-ray image at any clinical image study angle. The X-rays image was simulated by superimposition voxel’s values that were used ray casting methodology to simulate attenuation of X-ray to implement the 2D X-ray imaging construction. The images of anatomy structure generated by the proposed simulation were compared to the Textbook pictures at any different positions, and prove the feasibility of the simulation image. And we calculate Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) to evaluate image quality of our simulation image. This experiment utilizes the 3D objects constructed by facial bone and heart computed tomography images to simulate X-ray images at any clinical image study angle. The result shows that the Signal to Noise Ratio of images generated by ray casting method is about 60% higher than images generated by superimposition method, and makes reading bone tissue image easier. This study provides a non-ionizing radiation simulation tool which can quickly generate X-ray images and is easy to use. This program can be a useful tool for teaching and learning the radiographic technique and assistant for reading images.
