我國高等教育培育的人才無法符合產業、社會與國家發展所需,學用落差與人力供需失衡的嚴重問題並非於短期內造成,但其嚴重性隨著臺灣經濟病癥的逐一浮現而日益凸顯。教育部針對此一問題積極謀求改革,從第三期教學卓越計畫強調「學用合一」和近期推動的「契合式人才培育」,足以顯見。時值我國正視學用合一之際,有必要釐清相關的人才培育實務,以利後續針對學用落差問題謀求解決之道。本文藉由文件分析深入了解國外推動高等教育學用合一人才培育的模式與現況,相關措施包含產學合作教育和訂單式教育,最後對我國解決學用落差問題提供建議。
Taiwan has been experiencing problems in talent shortage and talent mismatch. Disparity between knowledge acquired by students in their higher education studies and skills needed by the industry and employers, along with the problem of an unmet talent demand, has become very serious as the economic problem deepens. The Ministry of Education has therefore emphasized the importance of education-job match and is promoting programs to attain this goal. This study examines higher education models including cooperative education and customized education implemented in other countries to promote education job match. Lessons from these foreign models are highlighted and suggestions are provided to promote education-job match in the cultivation of higher education talent in Taiwan.
