本研究旨在發展衡量國民小學校長永續卓越領導之測量工具,首先探討永續卓越領導之意義,其次發展國民小學校長永續卓越領導概念,進而探討其內涵,包括共創願景、發展人才、組織社群、教學領導與引領環境等五部分,共有18項指標。本研究先以焦點團體與德懷術發展量表,再以130位臺灣地區國民小學教師為研究對象,進行決斷值分析、探索性因素分析及信度分析考驗,選取並編製「永續卓越領導量表」,而後另以670位臺灣地區國民小學教師(主任、組長、級任與科任教師)為研究對象,進行驗證性因素分析,結果發現本研究建構之量表效度佳,適合做為國民小學校長進行永續卓越領導之參考。本研究並依據研究結果,提出建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to create the scale of the sustainability of elementary school principals' outstanding leadership. This study discussed the sustainability of outstanding leadership and developed a framework for the sustainability of principals' outstanding leadership. The framework included: 1. creating a version; 2. expanding human resources; 3. organizing communities; 4. instructional leading; and 5. constructing the environment. There were a total of 18 indicators for the sustainability of principals' outstanding leadership. The subjects of the study were 130 elementary school administrators and teachers in Taiwan. This study created a scale of the sustainability of principals' outstanding leadership and than surveyed 670 elementary school administrator and teachers in Taiwan. Factor analysis showed that this scale as appropriate and had good validity. According to the findings, some suggestions were provided.
