中文摘要

如何依據風場、日照量分佈及用戶的負載特性,為用戶選擇適當容量的風力發電機及太陽能發電系統,使得用戶投資風力發電機及太陽能發電系統的投資報酬率最高,是推展風力發電系統及太陽能發電系統的重要工作之一。本研究發展一套時間電價用戶再生能源經濟效益評估系統,提供時間電價用戶計算最佳契約容量、風力發電系統發電量、太陽能發電系統發電量、再生能源發電減碳量、裝置風力及太陽能發電系統可獲得的經濟效益的套裝軟體,研究中以案例分析驗證本研究所發展軟體之正確性,研究結果可作為時間電價用戶評估設置再生能源發電系統的軟體工具,也可做為國內推動再生能源發電之參考,對於國內推廣再生能源發電會有正面的助益。

英文摘要

How to select wind turbines and solar power systems with appropriate capacity for households to maximize return on investment for users who have invested in wind turbines and solar power systems is one of the important tasks in the promotion of wind power generation systems and solar power systems. In this study, a set of assessment systems for assessing the economic benefits of renewable energy for time-of-use users was developed to provide software for time-of-use users to calculate the best contract capacity, wind power generation system capacity, solar power generation system capacity, power generation and carbon reduction in renewable energy, installation of wind and solar power systems. The accuracy of the software developed in this study was verified through case analysis. The results may serve as a tool for time-of-use users to assess and set up renewable power generation systems and may serve as a reference for domestic promotion of power generation through renewable energy, thereby contributing positively to the promotion of renewable energy.
