本病例是位60歲腹膜偽黏液瘤男性病人，腹腔大面積黏液腫塊復發，經減積手術後數天併發黃疸，總膽紅素迅速攀升至20.92(mg/dL)，西醫懷疑原因在於黏液瘤分泌的黏液充斥腸道甚至滲入膽道，以致膽汁排出不暢造成，遂會診中醫治療黃疸問題。本病例中醫診斷屬積聚併發黃疸，中醫辨證為脾虛，痰飲氣滯血瘀，濕熱黃疸。急則治其標，以清熱利濕、利膽退黃，酌加理氣化瘀藥物，方用茵陳蒿湯與茵陳五苓散加減治療一週，病人黃疸明顯改善，最後總膽紅素降至正常範圍，一個月後平安出院。

This 60-year-old male was a case of psudomyxoma peritonei with recurrenceof the huge mucinous tumor in the abdomen. After the debulking surgery, the serumtotal bilirubin elevated to 20.29(mg/dl), which was suspected in relation to mucusobstruction. The consultation of Chinese medicine was for the jaundice abating. Thediagnosis in Chinese medicine was accumulations and gatherings with jaundice, dampheattype, combined with spleen vacuity, phlegm-rheum, qi and blood stasis. To treatthe tip, we cleared heat, disinhibit dampness, disinhibit gallbladder and abated jaundice.Some Chinese medicine which rectified qi and transform blood stasis was also given.Yin-Chen-Hao-Tang and Ying-Chen-Wu-Ling-San was prescribed to him for one week.The symptom of jaundice improved and the total bilirubin lowered to normal rangefinally. Then he discharged piecefully after one month.
