臨床實習對於學生是主要壓力來源之一,故本研究探討呼吸照護系學生在重症臨床實習時的壓力源之分析。研究方法採橫斷型研究設計,於2014年以呼吸照護系學生為立意取樣為研究對象,實習前進行結構式問卷調查,共收集58位學生資料。問卷內容有兩部份:基本資料、實習壓力量表。使用SSPS 20.0 版統計軟體進行資料處理與分析。結果發現呼吸照護系學生整體實習壓力平均值為2.22 ± 0.64 偏中等程度,實習前壓力源前三項分別是「作業及工作量之壓力」是主要的壓力來源(2.45 ± 0.67),再依次為「專業知識與技能之壓力」(2.42 ± 0.86)、「實習環境之壓力」(2.26 ± 0.73)。本研究對呼吸照護系學生實習壓力源之分析後可提供給臨床實習老師,藉此協助及輔導學生以提升實習成效。

英文摘要

Clinical practicum has been one of the major sources of stress for students. The aim of this crosssection survey was to explore the sources of stress and their influencing factors on respiratory care students during clinical practicum. A total of 58 subjects were a convenience sampling of respiratory students and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection during the clinical practicum in 2014. The questionnaire was composed of two parts: the basic information and a Stress Scale. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 for Windows software. The results showed that students perceived a mild level of stress (2.22 ± 0.64). The major stressor was Homework/workload (2.45 ± 0.67), followed by worrying about insufficient professional knowledge and skills (2.42 ± 0.86), and practice environment (2.26 ± 0.73). The results are hoped to give some useful information for clinical teachers to provide assistance and counseling to students of respiratory care and maximize their efficacy of clinical practice.
