目的
近年來台灣與大陸地區經貿往來日益密切，考量大陸醫療儀器產業成長快速且生產成本低，未來大陸產製的醫療儀器將是台灣醫療儀器代理商及醫院選擇的重要來源，個案醫院以專案進行大陸高壓氧艙之採購評選，而本研究目的為瞭解採購決策團隊經此專案後對採用大陸產製醫療儀器的評選權重。
方法
本研究採層級分析法（Analytic Hierarchty Process, AHP）調查個案醫院參與高壓氧艙採購規劃成員，選擇大陸產製之大型醫療儀器所考量策略與指標權重。
結果
原本以低買方成本做最優先原則考量，規劃採購大陸產製醫療儀器，而個案醫院採購決策團隊在專案進行後，經調查結果發現其優先考量策略依序為「品質能力」、「技術能力」、「買方成本」、「供應能力」、「服務能力」、「協調合作能力」及「交期與信譽」。
結論
建議醫院採購單位與醫療儀器代理商，在品質能力上需研究大陸所製訂之醫療儀器生產國家標準，以保障產品品質及銜接台灣食藥署的品質審查制度。考量醫療儀器屬耐久財，產品的品質與售後服務的完善，才能使醫院採購端更有願意接受大陸產製的醫療儀器。

Purposes
The market for medical devices has grown in recent years and the costs of those made in China are lower than those from other areas. The aim of this was to determine the priority of criteria for purchasing a hyperbaric oxygen chamber made in China.
Methods
We interviewed the SK hospital staff members of the procurement and engineering departments and used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of their criteria for purchasing medical devices made in China.
Results
The seven criteria evaluated were: cost, quality, delivery and credit, technology, supply, service, and cooperation and coordination. AHP determined that the three most important criteria were quality, technology, and cost.
Conclusions
Quality was the most important criterion and the national standards for medical devices in China were very important references to the device’s quality. This study may help hospitals and medical device agencies in Taiwan to seek higher quality and lower cost devices.
