本文主要是以一例典型的毛樣毛樣腦血管病變(Moyamoya disease)病患，以其在磁振造影(MRI)及顱內血管攝影(cerebral angiography)中的影像，來探討毛樣毛樣腦血管病變在醫學影像中的表現。依據本案例在影像上的表現，藉由顯影劑注射腦部磁振造影掃描，我們可獲得頗佳的疾病鑑別效率，而這樣的結果，我們亦可由頭部血管攝影所得之結果得到驗證。因此，以顯影劑注射腦部磁振造影掃描作為毛毛樣腦血管病變的第一線檢查，並在顯影劑注射腦部磁振造影掃描無法獲得必要的疾病資訊時，再實施頭部血管攝影，應為合理且為有效的確診方式。

We describe the images of MRI and cerebral angiography in a patient with Moyamoya disease to further elaborate the various findings of Moyamoya disease in medical imaging studies. In addition, by brain MRI added with contrast medium, it helps to diagnose Moyamoya disease from other diseases alike. This can be further proved by the result of cerebral angiography. Therefore, brain MRI with contrast medium should be considered as the first-line examination for Moyamoya disease. When MRI imaging fails to provide useful information, cerebral angiography can be followed for clarification. We consider this to be a reasonable and effective way to diagnose Moyamoya disease.
