中文摘要

進行正側位肘關節攝影時,時常受到病患患部疼痛而無法配合,或放射師擺位不適當,導致無法完整呈現標準的正側位肘關節影像,進而間接影響放射科及臨床醫生的診斷。標準的正側位肘關節影像必須顯示(1)滑車溝(trochlear sulcus)、(2)小頭骨(capitulum)與滑車(trochlea)雙塉(double ridge)、(3)滑車切跡(trochlear notch)、(4)兩側重疊肱骨的上髁(epicondyles)及(5)鷹嘴(olecranon process)。本文以自製方形輔具墊高影像板高度,使病患肱骨與前臂皆位於相同水平面上,並與過去攝影方式進行比較。研究結果顯示使用輔具後,正側位肘關節影像平均正確率從16.1±7.9 %提升至66.3±9.3 %,單一結構正確率之最高差異百分比為1576.5%。

英文摘要

The true lateral elbow projection was difficult because patients were affected by the pain often unable to cooperate, or improper postures. These factors will produce to non-standards of clinical images. Even radiologist and clinicians diagnosis will be affected. The standard of true lateral elbow images must be shown: (1) trochlear sulcus, (2) double ridge of capitulum and trochlea, (3) trochlear notch, (4) epicondyles and (5) olecranon process. In this paper, we’re using homemade square assistive devices to increase the height of cassette and improve the patients of posture for lateral elbow projection. Those images were compared with traditional radiography by statistics. The average correct rates (C. R.) of true lateral elbow images were increased from 16.1±7.9% to 66.3±9.3%. The maximum percentage difference of structure correct rate was 1576.5%.
