本文主要介紹雙管球雙能量電腦斷層掃描儀的基本原理與臨床上的應用,提升對雙管球雙能量電腦斷層掃描儀的認知。其雙管球的結構可提高時間解析度,降低病人所接受的輻射劑量及心臟成像時不受心律的限制,可提高檢查的安全性。其雙能技術可用於鑑別組織成份、增強區分不同組織的能力及顯示特定組織或碘對比劑之分佈,如應用於血流灌注、消除骨骼或鈣化、顯現韌帶肌腱組織等影像上。因此未來雙管球雙能量電腦斷層掃描儀在臨床醫學影像上佔有一席之地。
The basic principle and clinical application of dual-source dual-energy CT are introduced in this article, and increase the realization of it. The dual-source structure had high temporal resolution, and therefore could reduce radiation dose for patient and cardiovascular imaging to be finished without the influence of heart rate. These advantages are offer more safe surrounding for the examination. The dual-source technology could be employed to identify tissue component, improve the ability of tissue differentiation, and display specific tissue and iodine contrast medium distribution. This technology could be applied to perfusion, eliminating the skeleton or calcification, ligament and tendon tissue, and other images. Therefore, dual-source dual-energy CT has a place in medical imaging in future.
