全球化脈絡的變遷使得全球公民素養日益重要,而大學生之全球公民相關認知、能力和德行之養成有賴大學校院教師之傳授,因此,本文乃特別建構研究工具,以大學校院教師為對象,進行問卷調查,探討其對培育大學生全球公民素養之意見與觀點。研究結果發現:一、從各層面和項目上來看,教師對於大學生全球公民素養的意見分布不同;但值得注意的是,幾乎所有層面和向度的贊同情形,皆以重要性高於可行性;二、藉由個別題項之間的重要性和可行性之交叉分析顯示,對教師而言,某些特定的題項需要提供其教學實施的引導或支持;三、大學校院教師對於大學生全球公民素養的培育,的確存在不同得分集群之情形。最後,文末依結論提出後續政策和研究之建議。

英文摘要

Global citizenship is viewed as more significant in the context of globalization development, and in this educational movement, college teachers play a critical and practical role in cultivating students knowledge, behavior and affection of global citizenship. This study aims to establish a research instrument by using a survey of the college teachers’ opinions of college students’ achievements in global citizenship literacy. Research findings are: 1. Distributions of college teachers’ opinions on undergraduates’ global citizenship learning are various in each aspect and dimension. In addition, importance opinions are stronger than feasibility opinions in all items. 2. The cross analysis of IPA method shows that college teachers need guidelines and support for implementing the instruction of some specific items. 3. Research results indicate that college teachers cluster in different performances on teaching global citizenship to college students. This paper ends with suggestions for future research and policymaking.
