本研究目的在探討美髮服務業的主管領導行為及美髮職場工特性對於從業人員之工作滿意之影響,透過文獻探討及問卷調查進行分析,歸納結論如下:1、美髮服務業年齡層高、經歷多的從業人員,對於職務分工合作越強調其重要;教育程度對於專業技能與合作態度養成並無直接關係。2、不同工作職務美髮工作者對於「技能專業性」、「壓力負荷性」、「合作性」構面,設計師較經理、店長較助理傾向於面對顧客,需以創新熟練技術獲得顧客信賴支持,而店長需顧及經營管理盈虧而需承擔較多壓力負荷性層面。3、不同工作職務美髮工作者對於「工作成就」構面分析結果,店長較助理、設計師、經理傾向於「工作成就」層面,說明人才的培育對企業的經營是重要的條件,若能為員工規劃完善的生涯目標以留住人才,這更是永續經營的重要關鍵因素。

英文摘要

This study is to investigate the effect of leadership of the managers and workplace characteristic in hair salon business to the professional worker’s satisfaction. Conclusions of the study are listed as below. 1、For employees with more experience or for senior employees, the idea of labor division and cooperation is more emphasized. Level of education does not directly correlated with the expertise and the attitude towards cooperation in this profession. 2、Hairdressing workers with different scopes of duty have different degrees of requirements over the perspectives of “professional skills,” “stress bearing,” and “cooperativeness.” Designers, compared to managers, and Chief Manager, compared to assistants, tend to have more opportunities interacting fact-to-face with clients so they need creative and experienced skills to win client’s trust. Since a Chief Manager also needs to be responsible for the consequences of business operations, he/she is placed in a higher degree of “stress bearing” requirement. 3、As for analysis of the “achievement” perspective of the hairdressing workers with different scopes of duty, Chief Managers, compared to assistants, designers, and managers, have higher degree of sense of achievement, showing that nurturing talents in the business in critically important to operation of the an enterprise. Comprehensive planning of career development for talent employees is a key factor to sustainable operation of an enterprise.
