本研究旨在建構面具彩繪設計歷程創造力評估模式。首先發展面具彩繪創造力指標，以2011年度屏東縣精英盃面具彩繪參賽得獎前四名之競賽選手與指導老師，競賽分為兩組共10人為研究樣本。收集資料是根據創造力的「準備想法」、「想法蘊釀」、「想法發展」、「成果驗證」四階段，作收集面具彩繪專家群對創造力評估指標的訪談大綱，發展出初試量表計25題。藉由用平均數、標準差、眾數、中位數、四分位差作為專家意見一致性的指標，經過修正式德菲法三回合得到四階段創造力評估指標的15個評估項目。其次以驗證式因素分析上述四階段創造力評估指標的15題評估項目，所形成的評估模式之實證研究。研究樣本以南區三所科技大學美容系四年級學生作為問卷發放對象。問卷發放300份共回收255份，回收率85%。面具彩繪設計歷程創造力的四階段評估指標與15個評估項目，所形成的評估模式經過一階驗證式因素分析之後，結果發現本研究所建構的評估模式具有良好的模型參數估計值、收斂效度及模型配適度指標；即本研究完成建構面具彩繪設計歷程創造力評估模式，可以作為競賽選手及美容科學生在面具設計發展過程中每一階段的自我評與他評的依據。
