本研究主要探討靜態休閒，以心理層面與休閒角度探討書法活動參與者之人格特質、休閒涉入與心流體驗之關係，採用立意抽樣法，針對桃園市年滿十八歲，目前正參與書法相關活動者，發放350份研究問卷，回收的有效問卷為304份，以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析及多元迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現：不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度與職業在人格特質、行為涉入與心流體驗上有顯著差異；不同性別、年齡與婚姻狀況在社會心理涉入上有顯著差異；人格特質之外向性、開放性、和善性及嚴謹性與社會心理涉入、心流體驗呈顯著正相關；神經質與社會心理涉入、心流體驗呈顯著負相關；和善性及嚴謹性與行為涉入呈顯著正相關；神經質與行為涉入呈顯著負相關；休閒涉入與心流體驗呈顯著正相關；人格特質中之嚴謹性與外向性對心流體驗的預測力最高，有正向顯著影響；休閒涉入之生活中心性、自我表達與對心流體驗的預測力最高，有正向顯著影響。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among calligraphy participants’ personality, leisure involvement and flow experience. From the view of psychology and leisure, this subjects who were participating in the calligraphy-related activities were over 18 years old and lived in Taoyuan City. Purposive sampling was used and 304 valid samples were obtained in 305 questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were listed as follows: The subjects with different sex, age, marital status, level of education and career had obvious differences in all personality, leisure involvement and flow experience. The subjects with different sex, age and marital status had obvious differences in social psychological involvement. Extroversion, openness, kindness and conscientiousness of personality showed significant positive correlations with social psychological involvement and flow experience. There were significant negative correlations among neuroticism, social psychological involvement and flow experience. There were significant positive correlations among kindness, conscientiousness and the behavioral involvement. There were significant negative correlations between neuroticism and behavioral involvement. Leisure involvement showed significant positive correlations with flow experience. In all personalities, conscientiousness and extroversion revealed the highest prediction and significant positive influences to flow experience. In all leisure involvements, centrality of life, self-expression and time of practice revealed the highest prediction and significant positive influences to flow experience.
