本論文針對一專利電磁圓管泵中的活塞,為其初步設計進行參數分析,以提出設計方向。此圓管泵管外纏繞八組線圈,管內由永久磁環帶動之活塞以往復式運動來推動流體。為了提升此圓管泵的電磁驅動力,有助於增加流體推動量,特別應用參數分析方法,針對活塞的三種設計參數進行模擬分析。這三種設計參數包括磁環厚度、活塞在圓管端部時的管端間隙長度、活塞和線圈間距。本論文採用有限元素分析軟體來模擬分析電磁場,以評估如何設計能讓活塞受到最大磁場力。最後,本論文提出幾種關鍵設計的設計值可供設計單位參考。

英文摘要

The paper presents the application of parameter analysis to figure out how to design the piston in an electromagnetic tubular pump in order to increase the electromagnetic force. Based on the patent [1], the discussed tubular pump has a tube body wound eight separated coil sets to drive an inner piston. The piston has a permanent magnetic ring and therefore reciprocates within the tube to thrust liquid. In order to increase the electromagnetic force, the key how to design the piston is to design the permanent magnetic ring. Parameter analysis is a conceptual method of repeating three steps: parameter identification, creative synthesis and evaluation. Due to simple structure of the piston, we only repeat the latter two steps after having identified three key design parameters: magnetic ring thickness, tube-end gap axial length and the distance between magnetic ring and a coil set. The commercial software ANSYS, a finite element analysis tool, is chosen to evaluate static electromagnetic fields. Through the application, some determinate design directions have been concluded and are helpful increasing electromagnetic force of the electromagnetic tubular pump. Some experiments should be done in the future for testing the proposed conclusions.
