本文首先探討加速規的一般應用,接著針對其在游泳運動上的應用,參考現有相關產品的技術特徵,篩選出有較完整系統描述的七篇近期美國專利進行綜覽與解析,以歸納出未來技術發展的重點。此外,我們以TRIZ理論所導出的矛盾矩陣與發明原則來檢視這些專利,試圖找出好的發明方向與思考脈絡。最後提出一個溺水偵測的創新設計,並展示如何用先前在專利解析所得的結論以及TRIZ的系統性方法所得的思考脈絡協助我們提出此創新設計。本論文預期可指引出相關產業的技術發展趨勢,也展示了如何透過對現有專利的解析與TRIZ方法得出自己的創新設計。

英文摘要

In this study, we first present an overview on the application of accelerometers, followed by the focus on swimming application. Next, we refer to technical features of commercially available products and select seven recently proposed US patents which have more complete system description. They are surveyed in order to point out the technical development of the future. In addition, the contradiction matrix and invention principles derived from the well-known TRIZ theory are considered to examine the invention ideas used in the patents, hoping to find good invention directions and thinking flows. Finally, we propose an innovative design on drowning detection and show how the paten survey conclusion and the thinking flows derived from the systematic TRIZ-based techniques can assist us to present the design. In this paper, we expect to give some technical development trend and demonstrate how to use the survey on existing patents and the TRIZ-based techniques to develop some innovation design of our own.
