本研究主要探討主管不當督導是否會導致部屬負向情感。此 外,探討部屬的情緒智力能否調節不當督導與負向情感的關係。 本研究以服務業的員工為研究對象,共回收411份有效問卷,經由 SPSS 18.0及AMOS統計軟體進行資料分析。結果發現:(1)主管不 當督導對部屬負向情感有正相關;(2)部屬情緒智力能調節主管不 當督導與部屬負向情感之關係。本研究期望能藉由研究結果來提 出管理意涵與建議,進而提供後續研究方向。

英文摘要

The current study tries to examine the effect of abusive supervision on subordinates’ negative affect. In addition, to examine the moderating effect of subordinates’ emotional intelligence on the relationship between abusive supervision and subordinates’ negative affect. In current study, four hundred and eleven valid questionnaires were collected from service industry employees, and data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS statistics software. The results show that: (1) abusive supervision is positively related to subordinates’ negative affect; (2) subordinates’ emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between abusive supervision and subordinates’ negative affect. The managerial implications of the findings and suggestions for future research directions are also provided.
