本硏究旨在探討倫理領導與創新工作行爲之關係。由現有的文獻可知,學者對於兩者之關係的硏究結果仍然不一致,無法從現有的文獻中得到解答,因此,以工作滿意度做爲中介變數釐清兩者之關係。本硏究以問卷方式收集資料,針對不同臺灣北、中、南不同地區的員工發出200份問卷,刪除無效問卷之後,有效問卷爲178份,以階層迴歸分析進行硏究假設之實證。
硏究結果顯示倫理領導會影響員工的工作滿意度,工作滿意度愈高’員工就愈投入創新工作行爲,因此,工作滿意度對倫理領導與創新工作行爲具有中介效果。本硏究依據實證結果提出實務建議與未來硏究之建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among ethical leadership, job satisfaction, and innovative work behaviors. Previous research has shown that an unclear relationship may exist between ethical leadership and innovative work behaviors. A total of 178 employees, recruited from different enterprises, completed a self-report questionnaire. The results of the hierarchical regression analysis show that the ethical leadership is positively correlated with innovative work behaviors. Furthermore, the job satisfaction provides intervening effect of the ethical leadership on the innovative work behaviors. Practical suggestions for future studies are also provided.
