中文摘要

本硏究旨在探討高中童軍大露營參與者之參與動機•知覺價値、滿意度與再參與意願間之關係。採取立意抽樣及所能負擔法於2014全國高級中等學校童軍社團暨四健會聯合大露營活動期間進行問卷調查。母體數爲2,069人,共計發放700份問卷,回收有效問卷610份,回收率爲87.14%,在信心水準95%下,抽樣誤差爲正負3.33%。
硏究樣本以「大智營區」、「男性」、「高一生」、「高級童軍」、「中部」爲多數。童軍年資最短爲0.1年,最長達20年,平均年資爲2.55年。子活動滿意度調查中「農村體驗-泥巴拔河」項目獲63%的支持,爲所有項目中最高且唯一支持度過半的項目。硏究結果顯示:
一、本硏究所使用量表,爲可有效測量之工具。
二、童軍年資長短與參與動機無顯著相關。
三、參與者對於本次大會衛浴設施的滿意度最低,顯示有待改善。
四、東部地區參與者在各方面數據皆顯著大於北部。
五、知覺價値預測再參與意願的預測力爲最高,顯示知覺價値可作爲活動評鑑之指標。
六、地方特色活動、童軍技能活動、社交活動是影響再參與意願高低的重要因素,而組織承諾在本硏究呈顯無顯著。
最後,根據本硏究結果進行討論,並提出相關建議,以作爲未來童軍運動發展單位、大露營主辦單位及欲從事相關領域硏究人員參考運用。

英文摘要

This research aimed at exploring relationships of motivation, perceived value, satisfaction, and re-participation intention among senior high school scout jamboree participants. Using a purposive sampling, questionnaire was administered on the 2014 national high school scout jamboree and the 4-H club joint camp. The population size is 2,069. All of them 700 questionnaires were distributed, 610 completed and returned. The confidence interval is 士3.33 percent on 95% confidence level.
A majority of the samples were DA-JHIH camp, male, high school freshman, first class of scout. The minimum scout seniority is 0.1 years, maximum is 20 years, and the mean value is 2.55 years. In activity satisfaction, “Tug of war in mud” is the highest item. The findings of this study were as the followings:
1.In the study, these scales are effective.
2.The scout jamboree participants showed no significant relationship between scout seniority and motivation.
3.In satisfaction, “sanitary facilities” is the lowest item.
4.The participants come from Eastern Taiwan had higher than that come from northern for various aspects.
5.The perceived value has the highest prediction to the re-participation intention.
6.Local special events, scout skill events and social activities are key factors to affect re-participation intention.
Finally, the result of this study may provide suggestions to related scout organizations, scout jamboree organizers and future researchers.
