中文摘要

本研究以特殊族群中的原住民女性為對象,採用行動研究法,以焦點團體訪談和參與觀察於實地場域蒐集資料,並經過花蓮縣秀林鄉秀林部落會議同意,結合各項資源以針對太魯閣族編織業女性,進行職場健康促進方案規劃。健康促進之策略包括:透過傾聽與對話鼓勵原住民婦女發展,及招募職場中的自發性助手(natural helper)協助教育訓練、資訊傳遞及給予提醒。
本研究獲致成果:一、應用方案規劃原則於特殊族群教育具有適切性,且健康促進需求及方案規劃必須考量職場與族群特性;二、方案規劃者須策略性地運用族群中自發性力量,避免落入傳統由上而下的專家思維,並展現對原住民族群的尊重與信任,以提升執行成效。

英文摘要

This paper is about the program planning of worksite health promotion for the special population in indigenous women employees on the manufacture of weaving and knitting industries in Taiwan. The action research is adopted to realize the need for health of Truku indigenous women employees. Then an application of “nature helper” plays the role of facilitator at the worksite.
This research found that necessity of program planning principles to realize the need for health of indigenous women employees at worksite. To respect the special population, listening and dialogue are also necessary. The strategy of “nature helper” is approved that the application of spontaneity is possible and effective for the special population of indigenous women.
