本研究以青年創業者之生命故事敘說為文本,旨在探究一位青年創業者創業行動生成之因。此次訪談主題主在採集敘說者之背景,包括成長、求學、就業等歷程,以及其創業動機、創業歷程。本文聚焦於分析此位青年創業者在原來的職場生涯裡如何面臨:「繼續待在原職場就職」(就/舊業)與「起步離開原職路,自行創業」的兩條叉路選擇,爾後,如何毅然擇選後者,就此走上創業之路。由漢斯的敘說,我們解析出由職場環境變動所形成的諸項創業推力,漢斯的創業動機由「家庭背景」、「過往的受教經驗」、「過往的就業經驗」、「經濟支持」、「企業整併所帶來的職涯挑戰」所築構。以企業整併所帶來的職場危機與挑戰作為創業的推力,充足的創業預備金作為安心的拉力,豐厚充實的家庭製鞋背景作為養分,於是,漢斯終於積累出足夠的「勇氣」,回應自身內心期待嘗試,期待一探另一條小徑景致的渴望,在面臨就/舊業與創業的兩條岔路時,走上那條也許人煙稀少,也許阡陌縱橫的創業路。

英文摘要

By interviewing a young entrepreneur and analyzing his life story, this research explores his experiences of starting a new enterprise and the process of this young entrepreneur’s selfformation. From the research, the interviewee’s “family background”, “personal experiences of education”, “personal experiences of being an employee” and “merge and acquisition of cooperation” are revealed as main factors which pushed and motivated the interviewee, Hans starting entrepreneurship. Among them, “merge and acquisition of cooperation” can be viewed as the push factors which brings crises and challenges in subject’s life and career. Severance pay and unemployment benefit can be seen as pull factors First, it intends to reveal this narrator’ perspectives of starting entrepreneurship and to trace the possible tracks of his transformation. Second, the process of young entrepreneur’ Bildung (self-formation) and the elements constituting Bildung remain to be discovered. In the third part, the possibilities of young entrepreneurs’ life stories be learned in educational field and the roles educators should play will be discussed.
